Cloud & Technology Partner Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cloud & Technology Partner Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a high-impact cloud partnerships engine supporting cutting-edge AI and infrastructure solutions. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across strategic alliances with leading hyperscalers and technology partners. The position blends business development, program management, and partner operations in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment. You will own pipeline generation and influence revenue through structured co-sell motions and cloud programs. The role requires strong coordination across sales, marketing, and technical teams to activate partner ecosystems. It is ideal for someone who thrives in structured execution, measurable outcomes, and scaling GTM impact. You will play a key role in expanding adoption of advanced AI-driven technologies across enterprise customers.

Accountabilities:

You will own and operationalize the end-to-end cloud partner motion, ensuring pipeline growth, program execution, and strong alignment with strategic technology partners. This includes managing co-sell workflows, marketplace operations, and partner engagement rhythms across major cloud ecosystems.

  • Drive quarterly partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets with accountability for measurable revenue impact.
  • Manage co-sell operations across major hyperscalers including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Oversee cloud program execution including marketplace listings, MDF submissions, co-sell registrations, and campaign tracking.
  • Run partner QBRs, pipeline reviews, and executive-level reporting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate field enablement sessions and support joint selling initiatives with partner sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in CRM systems and ensure clean, actionable partner data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align partner execution with go-to-market priorities.
  • Support technology partnerships and ecosystem integrations, including AI infrastructure partners such as NVIDIA.
Requirements

This role requires strong experience in cloud partnerships, partner operations, and pipeline-driven business development within technical ecosystems. You should be highly organized, commercially driven, and comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders and programs simultaneously.

  • 4–6+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, cloud operations, or business development roles.
  • Proven experience executing co-sell programs with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing partner portals and workflows.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline or revenue targets in a partner-led or influenced motion.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML ecosystems, infrastructure tooling, and enterprise software delivery models.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and familiarity with PRM tools (e.g., Crossbeam, Suger).
  • Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded operational workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical, sales, and executive audiences.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high ownership expectations.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual compensation estimated between $180,000 – $220,000 USD, plus performance-based variable pay and equity
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Unlimited paid time off and generous holiday policy
  • Paid parental leave and family support benefits
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid depending on location)
  • Wellness, mental health, and employee support programs
  • Home office and technology stipend (where applicable).
