THE POSITION

Join our innovative team as a Laboratory Director, where you will lead and inspire a dynamic group of professionals in advancing scientific research and development. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will oversee laboratory operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive excellence in all aspects of our scientific endeavors. Your leadership will foster a collaborative and cutting-edge environment, empowering our team to achieve groundbreaking results.. Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, cMLS (certified Medical Laboratory Scientist) with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a medical laboratory with at least two (2) years of supervisory management experience in a Hospital Lab.
