Job Description

- Seven (7) years of increasingly responsible property management experience, including three years of multi-site management and supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in property management, real estate, business administration, social services, or related field preferred. A related degree may substitute for work experience requirement.
- Knowledge of PH, PBS8, and tax credit housing programs preferred.
- Possession of or ability to obtain Public Housing Manager (PHM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification required.
