  • Proven experience in B2B product environments, ideally within large-scale data or analytics-driven organizations.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Experience managing full product lifecycles, including capital investment projects and outcome accountability.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and empower high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is a plus.

  • Annual incentive bonus eligibility based on performance.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions.
  • Paid time off and flexible vacation policies.
  • Remote work flexibility across the United States.
  • Opportunities for global exposure in a large-scale, international organization.
  • Strong focus on professional development and leadership growth.
