More specifically, you will:
- Build a comprehensive understanding of each client’s strengths, challenges, goals, and circumstances through collaborative assessment and engagement with clients, families, caregivers, and service partners.Connect clients and families with community resources, programs, and support networks that reduce barriers, foster resilience, and enhance overall quality of life.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide clear reports that support informed decision-making, continuity of care, accountability, and service excellence.
What You Will Bring to The Role
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating mental health and wellness services.Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology OR a Master’s in Social Work, Educational Counselling, or Clinical Psychology.Registered with BCCSW, ACCT, CPCA, ICBOC, BCACC, or CCPA. Alternate registrations will be reviewed on an individual basis. Two to five years of related experience with responsibility for providing a range of community-based mental health services.

We also invest in our employees through meaningful educational and professional development opportunities. CompensationThe target hiring range for this position is $39.75 to $59.45 per hour. The hourly compensation provided will depend on successful hire’s qualifications and whether they are hired to a counsellor or therapist role. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity
