Description:
This position is a member of the Regional Branch Administration, providing support to our Operations team at the regional and local levels. They are responsible for billing, payment application, customer service, and administrative support. This person acts a branch point of contact for corporate departments such as Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and Order Management. It will be necessary to maintain confidentiality at all times and exhibit a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Subject matter expert in operations billing, invoice processing, and work order closing for the branches.
Works in Salesforce to resolve assigned cases, monitor the regional queue, and submit requests to other departments.
Prioritizes and responds to requests from multiple parties including the regional supervisor, local management and personnel, and corporate departments.
Works with customers regarding billing issues, questions, and complaints.
Completes and files disposal, pumping, and other necessary reporting by town and state for regional operations.
Works with our Accounts Payable team to process Vendor invoices.
Assists in any other special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Salesforce case management.
• Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Proven ability to work and thrive in an email and digital communication-heavy environment.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and quickly adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
• Ability to learn operating procedures quickly and be able to execute consistently up to standard.
• Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.
• Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $21.00 - $23.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 1 – 3 years in Administrative or Customer Service Role
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
Must possess reliable transportation or ability to commute to office daily.
