This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, engineering execution, and program leadership within a fast-growing global security organization. You will drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex Product Security initiatives that protect a large and evolving product ecosystem. Acting as a key connector between engineering, cybersecurity, and leadership teams, you will ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes. The position requires strong program management expertise combined with technical fluency and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-stakes environments. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving cross-functional dependencies, ensuring security-driven initiatives are delivered with precision and urgency. This is a highly visible role where your work directly strengthens product integrity, security posture, and customer trust at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end program management for Product Security initiatives, including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional security projects.
  • Coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, and global stakeholders to align priorities, define scope, and ensure timely execution of security roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, project cadences, and status reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and consistent communication.
  • Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of critical issues impacting project delivery, working closely with technical and leadership teams.
  • Partner with teams to improve operational efficiency through automation, process optimization, and AI-driven improvements.
  • Synthesize complex technical discussions into clear action plans, ensuring alignment and follow-through across distributed teams.
  • Coach and support engineering and security teams on project management best practices while fostering autonomy and collaboration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of program management practices across the Product Security organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within software development, cybersecurity, or large-scale technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, interdependent programs and drive them to successful delivery.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and enterprise-scale technical systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineers, managers, and executives effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and structured execution.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, variable incentives, and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and mental health support programs.
  • Flexible remote work options across Canada.
  • Generous vacation and paid time off, including parental and adoption leave.
  • Strong focus on professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Employee engagement programs, volunteer initiatives, and global employee networks.
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture recognized as a global great place to work.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact cybersecurity initiatives protecting global organizations.
