This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on driving qualified leads through paid social campaigns for U.S. higher education clients.
You will own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and technical tracking across multiple client accounts.
The role combines media buying expertise with strong knowledge of attribution, analytics, and conversion tracking.
You will work extensively with Meta and LinkedIn while supporting paid search tracking and quality assurance when needed.
Success will depend on your ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements and measurable ROI.
You will collaborate directly with international teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

- Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, custom and lookalike audiences, retargeting pools, and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.
- Plan and execute ongoing creative and copy A/B testing to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Set up, validate, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, custom conversion events, Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 tracking.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-launch quality assurance across campaign structures, targeting, creative, copy, landing-page links, and tracking configurations.
- Analyze campaign data and translate performance trends into actionable insights and recommendations for client-facing reporting.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining organization, prioritization, documentation, and consistent delivery standards.
- Support paid search initiatives by assisting with QA, link testing, and conversion tracking validation across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Troubleshoot technical and performance issues quickly while maintaining accurate campaign documentation and attribution integrity.
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with strong technical proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Demonstrated success managing full-funnel lead-generation campaigns with measurable performance and ROI.
- Strong practical experience with Meta CAPI, Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, event tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing multiple complex client accounts and competing campaign priorities at the same time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based teams and clients.
- Availability to work during standard U.S. Central Time business hours.
- Experience in higher education, B2B enterprise, financial services, healthcare, or other high-consideration or regulated industries is highly valued.
- Previous agency experience and familiarity with Reddit Ads, Google Ads, or Microsoft Ads are advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager certifications are a plus.
- Remote opportunity based in Brazil, with collaboration across international teams.
