What You'll Do:

Operate medium to heavy-duty wreckers for towing semi-trucks and trailer.Perform accident recovery, rollovers, winch outs, and abandoned vehicle recoveryRespond to emergency road service calls in a safe and timely mannerCommunicate with dispatch to provide accurate updates and ETA’sComplete detailed paperwork and reports for each service callInspect and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure readinessProvide exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations

What You Bring:

Class A CDL (Required & Kept Current)Current DOT Physical & Ability to Pass Drug TestClean Background & Insurable Driving RecordMechanical skills for minor vehicle repairsPhysical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditionsStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsAbility to remain professional and calm in high-stress situations
