We are currently recruiting a Land Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support land acquisition and property management tasks under close supervision.
  • Coordinate basic communication with landowners, project teams, and vendors.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining positive relationships with landowners.
  • Track land agreements, permits, and documents in internal databases.
  • Help prepare, review, and execute leases, easements, and other real estate paperwork.
  • Assist with due diligence tasks (title research, surveys, deed reviews) as directed.
  • Maintain basic records of acquisition pipelines and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and notaries on document execution.
  • Prepare landowner packets and informational materials as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support for scheduling, reporting, and database updates.
  • Assist with GIS mapping and property data tracking.
  • Support the resolution of simple landowner inquiries by directing them appropriately.
  • Contribute to improvements in land management processes as requested.

Education & Certifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Geography, Environmental Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Real estate license or land-related certification is a plus.
Experience & Technical Skills
  • 0–3 years of experience in land specialization, real estate administration, or project support roles.
  • Familiarity with land agreements and property records preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new systems.
  • Basic exposure to GIS mapping software (ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth) is a plus.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
