Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to support digital transformation initiatives and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to analyze requirements, design workflows, and deliver efficient RPA solutions for clients.
  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain automated processes while ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Apply programming knowledge to create customized solutions and integrations using technologies such as .NET, Python, Java, C#, VBA, or similar languages.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute ideas to improve automation strategies.
  • Participate in technical discussions, troubleshooting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of automation projects by following best practices and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives involving automation, intelligent solutions, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience developing process automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language such as .NET, Python, PHP, Java, C#, VBA, VBScript, or similar technologies.
  • Advanced English proficiency for communication and technical collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in project teams and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or advanced RPA concepts is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills are considered an advantage.
