We are currently seeking experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (minimum 2 years experience preferred) to join our growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who love pediatric therapy, value collaboration, and want to work and excel in an environment that is supportive, organized, and growth-minded without the burnout culture often seen in larger systems.

Preference may be given to clinicians comfortable with evaluations and case management.

Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

  • Myofunctional therapy

  • Auditory verbal therapy

  • Voice therapy

  • Bilingual therapy

  • Regional leadership opportunities

  • Clinical program development

  • Mentorship and supervision

  • Future executive clinical leadership paths as the organization grows

We value clinicians who want to contribute ideas, help shape culture, and grow alongside the company.
