Lead Brand and Product Designer in Brazil at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Brand and Product Designer based in Brazil.

This is a high-ownership design role combining brand, product, UX, and emerging AI-native workflows.
You will shape the visual identity customers experience across marketing, communications, and the digital product.
The role spans everything from early concepts and user flows to high-fidelity designs and working, near-production prototypes.
You will help evolve the design system, identify new tools, and raise the quality and consistency of design across the organization.
AI is embedded deeply into the creative process, with tools used for ideation, prototyping, animation, image generation, and agentic development.
You will work closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-moving environment where designers are expected to take ideas from concept to something tangible.

• Own and evolve the visual identity across brand, product, marketing, paid media, social content, landing pages, sales materials, and other customer-facing experiences.
• Lead product design initiatives from initial concepts and wireframes through user flows, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and final handoff.
• Create functional, near-production prototypes using Figma AI, Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, and other agentic design and development tools.
• Produce prototypes that communicate interactions and functionality clearly enough for engineering teams to build without unnecessary ambiguity.
• Develop, maintain, and improve the product design system, proactively identifying inconsistencies and closing design gaps before they become technical or visual debt.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI design, development, animation, and image-generation tools, introducing those that can meaningfully improve team workflows.
• Use AI throughout the design process to accelerate exploration, prototyping, iteration, and production while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders to understand user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Bring strong design judgment and clear opinions to product and brand decisions, balancing visual excellence with usability and practical execution.
• Help establish efficient, repeatable design practices that enable the team to move quickly without compromising consistency or quality.

• Several years of professional design experience in a product, SaaS, agency, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional visual design taste and strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, interaction, and visual hierarchy.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Figma AI.
• Expert-level experience using Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Design as part of a real, day-to-day design workflow.
• Strong experience with AI-powered animation and image-generation tools such as Higgsfield, plus familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both brand/visual design and product/UX work, including evidence of creativity, problem-solving, product thinking, and strong design judgment.
• Ability to create working, high-fidelity prototypes and comfort navigating a codebase or using agentic coding tools to bring designs closer to production.
• Strong product sense, including an understanding of users, journeys, interactions, and how design decisions affect usability and business outcomes.
• Excellent professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High degree of autonomy, initiative, accountability, and comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence sharing and defending design perspectives.
• Experience with performance marketing and creative testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools such as Mixpanel or Hotjar is an advantage.

• Fully remote position available in Brazil and across Latin America.
