ERP & Integration Specialist
Accountabilities:
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an ERP & Integration Specialist based in India.
This role serves as a strategic techno-functional expert across a core ERP and a connected finance and CRM ecosystem. You will take ownership of NetSuite administration, configuration, automation, reporting, and release management. You’ll also design and maintain integrations using Workato across CRM, billing, and accounting platforms. The position combines business-process understanding with hands-on technical delivery to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. You’ll work with financial workflows, transaction reconciliation, regulatory data, and real-time data pipelines. The role offers an opportunity to influence enterprise architecture while solving complex cross-system challenges. It is a full-time, home-based position with the stated work location in Pune, Maharashtra.
- Administer and optimize NetSuite in a live production environment, translating accounting and business processes into effective technical configurations.
- Configure custom fields, forms, records, segments, subtabs, workflows, and other NetSuite components to support evolving business requirements.
- Design, build, troubleshoot, and maintain SuiteFlow workflows for approvals, validations, and process automation.
- Develop advanced Saved Searches, financial reports, KPI scorecards, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks for finance and leadership teams.
- Coordinate sandbox testing, system releases, bi-annual upgrades, and bundle installations while maintaining production stability.
- Design and maintain complex Workato recipes using conditional logic, lookup tables, custom triggers, and multi-step workflows.
- Build integrations connecting NetSuite with Salesforce, HubSpot, Chargebee, Xero, QuickBooks, and other enterprise platforms.
- Automate financial processes such as subscription billing synchronization, invoice replication, ledger synchronization, and transaction workflows.
- Monitor and reconcile transaction statuses, payment webhooks, tax information, and financial data across multiple systems.
- Gather business requirements, map technical solutions to operational needs, and ensure integrations and configurations support accurate, compliant data.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved system performance.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite across both functional and technical areas in a live production environment.
- 2+ years of continuous experience developing, deploying, and maintaining integration pipelines using Workato or comparable iPaaS technologies.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, including general ledger, multi-currency operations, tax routing, billing, fulfillment, and reconciliation.
- Proven experience integrating or administering recurring billing platforms such as Chargebee and accounting platforms such as Xero or QuickBooks Online.
- Practical experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, including APIs, objects, integrations, and standard workflows.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, data mapping, APIs, automation, and real-time data flows.
- Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, conducting sandbox testing, and managing production releases.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to data accuracy, system reliability, and regulatory integrity.
- Ability to work effectively across business, finance, technology, and operational teams, translating complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Full-time, home-based working model in India, with the listed work location in Pune, Maharashtra.
