Position Overview

SRV Temperature Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist focusing on Recruiting, to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable engaging with potential candidates. This is an in-office, full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles—from crafting compelling job postings to negotiating offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage onboarding programs that make new hires feel welcomed, informed, and excited from day one.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
• Maintain and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Assist in developing and rolling out employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related people-focused role.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring across multiple departments and levels.
• Excellent communication skills—you can connect with people from all walks of life.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., ADP, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and HRIS systems.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A genuine passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Physical Requirements

To perform the essential functions of this position, the employee must be able to do the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Prolonged periods of sitting while completing detailed work requiring sustained concentration
