Resident Care Partner/CNA [$2,000 Sign-On Bonus] in Scottsville, Kentucky at Med Center Health

The Resident Care Partner/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, hands-on care to residents at Cal Turner Rehab and Specialty Care. Under the direction of licensed nursing staff, this position assists with activities of daily living, mobility, nutrition, and personal care while promoting resident dignity, safety, comfort, and independence. The Resident Care Partner/CNA also observes and reports changes in resident condition and works collaboratively with the care team to provide a positive long-term care experience.

Full Time positions qualify for a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or eligibility for certification as required by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults and residents with complex needs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition or behavior.
• Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and infection prevention practices.
• Ability to assist with resident mobility, transfers, repositioning, and activities of daily living.
• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately document resident care.
• Ability to work effectively and reliably as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
