Dick's Steak & Oyster is a steakhouse and oyster bar built on quality, hospitality, and tradition. We are seeking a Front of House Manager who understands that hospitality is more than service—it's creating an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return.

What You'll Do

- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team through every shift
- Maintain service standards and guest experience expectations
- Coach, train, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Build a culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and professionalism
- Manage floor operations, staffing levels, and daily service execution
- Resolve guest concerns with confidence and genuine care
- Work closely with culinary and bar leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Monitor labor, sales, and operational goals

What We're Looking For

- Previous restaurant management experience in an upscale casual, fine dining, or hospitality-driven environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and developing people
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and service standards
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and is willing to work alongside the team
