Upright Healthcare Workforce is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to support a high-performing cardiovascular team. The ideal candidate is confident in fast-paced procedural care, skilled in cardiac monitoring and emergency response, and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care before, during, and after catheterization procedures.

Requirements
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum [1–2] years of recent Cath Lab, ICU, CCU, ED, CVICU, telemetry, or cardiovascular nursing experience.
Prior experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures strongly preferred.
Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, emergency response, IV medication administration, and moderate-sedation monitoring.
Strong critical-thinking, communication, teamwork, and patient-education skills.
Ability to wear lead protection and stand for extended periods during procedures.
Willingness to participate in required call rotation.
