As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment across residential and commercial environments. You will ensure systems operate safely and effectively while delivering extraordinary customer service—helping clients make informed, confident decisions about their indoor comfort.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with residential and commercial customers to assess their heating and cooling needs.
Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of HVAC equipment following standard procedures.
Present beneficial, honest solutions to customers while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Perform quality work while protecting customer property (drop cloths, shoe covers, etc.).
Maintain safety standards and keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (diagnosing & repairing systems).
Certifications: EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
NATE certification or additional specialized air conditioning/heating certifications.
Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of standard low-voltage wiring.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain repairs to customers.
Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday.
Ability to climb ladders, step stools, and navigate tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.).
Comfort working in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
Ability to travel up to 75% locally between job sites and customer locations.
