Representative Build Long-Term Client Relationships

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Representative – Build Long-Term Client Relationships based in Canada.

This fully remote opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
You’ll connect with families through convenient virtual consultations and help them understand available protection and benefit solutions.
The role offers an entry point into a relationship-focused career, with no previous insurance experience required.
You’ll receive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development to help you succeed.
Strong communication, organization, self-motivation, and a genuine interest in helping people are central to the role.

Compensation is performance-based, with additional earning potential and long-term income opportunities through client renewals.

Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional, friendly, and personalized communication.

  • Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and other digital tools to understand client needs and explain available benefit solutions.

  • Communicate clearly with families and provide knowledgeable guidance throughout the client relationship.

  • Manage follow-ups, appointments, documentation, and client interactions in an organized and timely manner.

  • Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

  • Maintain a consistent work schedule and manage daily activities effectively in a fully remote environment.

  • Complete required training and licensing activities before conducting regulated insurance-related activities.

  • Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen communication, client-service, and professional skills.

  • Build trust and rapport with clients through an energetic, personable, and service-oriented approach.

  • Work independently while remaining engaged with the wider remote team and following established processes.

  • Develop professionally with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and pursue leadership or management growth.

Requirements
  • No previous insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently.

  • Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and personable approach to client interactions.

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing a high standard of service.

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using virtual communication and collaboration tools.

  • Effective time-management, organizational, and follow-through skills.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Coachable mindset and willingness to learn new products, processes, and professional skills.

  • Leadership or management experience is an asset and may support future advancement opportunities.

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the applicable jurisdiction.

  • Must have access to a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
