We are currently looking for a Content Expert (Video & Design) to join our B2C Marketing – Digital Content team in Berlin. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of social-first content across paid and organic channels, combining hands-on video and image creation with full production ownership across video, photography, AI generative images and design projects. You will work closely with marketing, brand, and performance teams to deliver high-performing content that supports both creative and commercial objectives.
What you will do- Concept, film, and edit high-quality branded content for paid social and organic channels, optimised for platform best practices.
- Own production workflows end to end, from briefing and scripting through shoot, edit, review, and final delivery.
- Manage logistics for photo and video shoots, including studios, locations, equipment, props, and talent.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to optimise content for customer engagement and conversion.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, speed up versioning, and scale content production.
- 5+ years of experience delivering social-first video content, either in-house or agency-side.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative for vertical-first paid and organic social media.
- High technical proficiency with professional production tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Higgsfield).
- Highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in US English.
Desirable
- Experience creating brand awareness campaigns for United States markets.
- Portfolio of work covering both top, middle and bottom funnel paid social media campaigns.
