As a Sales Operations Manager, you’ll help optimize the processes, systems, data, and commercial infrastructure that enable a B2B sales organization to perform and scale effectively. You’ll work at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, technology, and process improvement, turning operational insights into measurable business improvements. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, data quality, and sales enablement. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, efficiency, and sales performance. You’ll also lead initiatives that strengthen scalability and establish consistent commercial processes. Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and sales performance to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Analyze sales processes and performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, deal velocity, productivity, and overall funnel efficiency.
Build and maintain sales resources, including dashboards, reports, and analytics using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and other relevant systems.
Monitor and improve sales data quality, reporting accuracy, and system adoption across the commercial organization.
Develop, document, and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for commercial processes, including contract management, sales training, and pricing policies.
Coordinate onboarding and training for new sales hires across systems, processes, tools, and commercial best practices.
Lead strategic and continuous improvement initiatives designed to strengthen scalability, operational effectiveness, and data integrity.
Translate complex sales and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
Lead projects from opportunity identification through implementation, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and sustainably.
Support a culture of process discipline, continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Leadership, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Experience supporting a B2B sales organization, ideally in a complex technical, industrial, manufacturing, technology, or recurring-revenue environment.
Demonstrated experience using Salesforce and Power BI to support sales effectiveness, reporting, data quality, system adoption, and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to turn complex data into practical business recommendations.
Strong project and change management capabilities, with experience taking initiatives from identifying an opportunity through implementation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy, process consistency, and operational discipline.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
Strong ownership, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Remote work opportunity within Canada.
Competitive salary range of $90,000–$105,000 CAD annually.
Additional compensation opportunity through a Sales Incentive Bonus Plan.
