Talent Acquisition Intern in Kota Jakarta Selatan at bukuwarung

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in handling high-volume hiring operations. You will assist in sourcing, screening coordination, data tracking, and interview administration to ensure smooth daily hiring activities. This role is suitable for individuals who are highly organized, comfortable working with targets, and eager to learn about recruitment operations at scale.

What you'll be doing:

• Source and attract high volumes of candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

• Manage and screen large numbers of CVs efficiently based on hiring criteria

• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth scheduling with hiring teams

• Maintain and update candidate data in our internal database

• Monitor candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups

• Support mass hiring processes to meet hiring targets

Who we're looking for:

• Final year student or fresh graduate (Business, Psychology, HR, or related field)

• Strong interest in recruitment, especially high-volume/mass hiring

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks

• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

• Comfortable using tools (Google Sheets, ATS, job portals)

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) is a plus
