Summary

Florida Health Care Plans, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible, Primary Care Physician for one of our Palm Coast facilities in Volusia County. Office hours are 8-5, Monday – Friday, no weekends, 20-24 patients daily, outpatient only, limited call.
