You will manage program plans, dependencies, risks, resources, and financial performance while keeping strategic objectives in focus. Your work will help ensure technology initiatives move smoothly from design and build through testing, launch, and operational readiness. This role is ideal for a pragmatic program leader who thrives in technically complex, fast-changing environments and can turn ambiguity into measurable results.

Accountabilities
  • Lead complex telecommunications and network technology programs, overseeing multiple related projects and ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate project managers, technical teams, operations, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and consistent delivery standards.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, sequencing, milestones, and cross-project impacts.
  • Establish program governance, operating cadences, reporting structures, and delivery standards across all workstreams.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program-level and project-level risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating critical matters and driving timely resolution.
  • Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning across program workstreams while monitoring budgets, forecasts, funding, and overall financial performance.
  • Communicate program status, timelines, business impacts, risks, and key decisions clearly to executives and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure technology programs satisfy operational-readiness requirements and transition effectively to production and field teams.
  • Align program outcomes with broader business strategy and track benefits realization through appropriate performance measures and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, delivery discipline, dashboards, processes, and tools.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships where applicable, including contract deliverables and performance expectations.
  • Support the full project deployment lifecycle, including design, build, testing, launch, and operational transition.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of project or program management experience within telecommunications, technology, network infrastructure, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-project programs or complex technology initiatives involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, technology platforms, and telecommunications environments.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively in fast-paced and changing environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical information and translate it into clear business implications, decisions, and actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure, clarity, prioritization, and execution discipline to ambiguous or complex initiatives.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using program and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience with network modernization, transformation, infrastructure, or other large-scale technology initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience managing vendors or external partners, including contractual deliverables and performance, is advantageous.
  • Experience developing program dashboards, executive reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and adapt to rapidly changing schedules.
  • Strong ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • The role requires extensive computer use and prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional lifting or moving of items up to 25 pounds; reasonable accommodations may be available where appropriate.
Benefits
  • Remote work opportunity.
  • Base salary of $105,000–$155,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Target annual bonus and quarterly performance bonus opportunities.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Flexible spending account.
  • Paid sick leave and paid time off.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Training, career development, and education reimbursement programs.
  • Opportunities to contribute to large-scale fiber, telecommunications, and network modernization initiatives.
  • Collaborative environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, customer impact, and professional growth.
