Position Summary

SAA is seeking a polished, outgoing, and highly organized Membership Sales Coordinator to support membership growth, prospect outreach, and the overall member journey. This role will help coordinate introductions, tours, follow-up communication, application tracking, onboarding logistics, and CRM administration while working closely with Membership and cross-functional teams to support a seamless and highly responsive experience.

Compensation

Hourly Range: Approximately $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support prospect outreach, follow-up, tours, and membership pipeline coordination.
  • Help manage the member journey from identification through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, applicant, and membership records in internal systems.
  • Prepare materials, notes, and updates for membership review and selection discussions.
  • Coordinate closely with Programming and Operations to support a thoughtful member experience.
  • Represent SAA with warmth, professionalism, discretion, and strong follow-through.
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, membership, hospitality, community-building, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or database tracking tools preferred.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and engage thoughtfully with prospects and members.
