Showroom Greeter – Destination Nissan
Type: FT
Pay: $18/hr.
Schedule hours: 9a-5p
Days of week: Monday-Friday and Saturdays
Business is closed on Sundays

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Represent the company and its brand in a professional and welcoming manner
- Warmly welcome every guest as they enter the showroom and create a positive first impression.
- Check-in guests efficiently and accurately.
- Gather basic information about each guest and understand the reason for their visit.
- Seamlessly connect guests with the appropriate salesperson or team member.
- Hands out brochures and other information to customers.
- Serves as a telephone and clerical back-up.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional presence throughout the shift.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain strong situational awareness paying attention to guests entering the showroom, customer needs, and overall showroom activity.
- Monitor the flow of guests and proactively assist when someone appears to need help.
- Support the sales team by ensuring guests are greeted promptly and directed appropriately.
- Assist with general showroom organization and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License in good standing
- 2 years customer service experience
- Available to work Saturdays as needed
- Computer Software knowledge
- Prior Dealership experience is a plus!
- Ability to stay focused on the entrance doors and acknowledge customers
- Must maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance that aligns with corporate showroom standards.
- Ability to stay calm, multitask, and maintain a pleasant composure in a high customer volume fast paced environment.
