The Agentic Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leveraging AI to attract and retain top talent to fuel our growth through execution of full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, offers and onboarding. In addition, this role will assist in implementation of agentic capabilities to create simpler, smarter and measurably better results and experiences throughout recruiting processes. As part of a larger HR team, you will collaborate on enhancing the candidate experience from initial reach out to the first 90-days.

The Agentic Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leveraging AI to attract and retain top talent to fuel our growth through execution of full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, offers and onboarding. In addition, this role will assist in implementation of agentic capabilities to create simpler, smarter and measurably better results and experiences throughout recruiting processes. As part of a larger HR team, you will collaborate on enhancing the candidate experience from initial reach out to the first 90-days.
Responsibilities
- Core Recruiting. Own the full cycle recruiting for all roles including requisition creation/approvals, job postings, recruitment marketing, qualification, assessment, interviewing, post-interview feedback, selection, closing, offers, background and reference checks.
- Business Partnerships. Create business partnerships and conduct intake meetings by working closely with hiring managers to define position classifications, requirements, responsibilities and understanding of the ideal candidates. Works closing with hiring managers to design job descriptions, improve interviewing skills and ensure lawful hiring practices. Provides ongoing proactive communication to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Talent Funnel & Sourcing. Employs sourcing skillsets & technology to identify, reach and message talent while building and maintaining a proactive passive candidate pool. Analyze and leverage recruiting data to assess candidate pipeline health and recommend adjustments and/or improvements.
- Talent Strategy. Partners with VP-HR, HR team & hiring managers to create and execute recruitment strategies that support future talent needs and contribute to company goals. Manages recruitment budget spend for the most effective outcomes.
- 4+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- AI/Agentic fluency with practical experience deploying LLM-powered workflows, agents/copilots and/or AI-first enabled software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

- Humble – Lacks ego, shares credit and defines success collectively with a curious mind for learning
