Construction Site Manager – Flagstaff, AZ

Salary: $100,000+ | Full-Time | Exempt

Schedule: Mon–Fri (6am–3pm Summer; 7am–4pm Winter)

Camelot Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all construction activities within our Flagstaff communities; from first dirt to keys-in-hand. Position Summary

As a Site Manager, you will provide full administrative and managerial oversight of day-to-day construction operations, subcontractor coordination, trade partner supervision, quality control, and schedule management. You’ll lead on-site teams, influence progress, prepare for inspections, ensure safety compliance, maintain budgets, and deliver the best customer experience in the industry.

Essential Duties

• Oversee all construction activities in the community from start to finish.

• Implement, drive, and proactively maintain the construction schedule.

• Deliver best-in-class customer service; targeting 95%+ satisfaction.

• Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and compliant jobsite.

• Coordinate with local officials to secure permits and inspections.

• Train and supervise all site visitors on safety, OSHA requirements, and compliance.

• Schedule, inspect, and approve all trade partner work.

• Review, analyze, and approve trade invoices.

• Coach, educate, and empower Site Technicians and Assistant Site Managers.

• Participate in company mentorship and training programs.

• Prepare homes for internal and external inspections.

• Manage all warranty items through the first 30 days after COE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.

• Experience with homes valued $1M–$3M+ strongly preferred.

• Strong technology skills; BuildPro preferred.

• Expert knowledge of all construction phases and codes.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and development drawings.

• Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
