Customer Experience Liaison in Lockport, New York at Reid Petroleum LLC

Reid Petroleum is hiring a Customer Experience Liaison to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and callers while supporting daily front-office operations. This role welcomes guests, answers and directs calls, resolves or escalates customer inquiries, logs feedback, and provides general administrative support (mail, supplies, scheduling). The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service and communication skills, comfort multitasking with limited supervision, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key duties:

· Greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls in a friendly, professional manner

· Resolving customer inquiries and complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when needed

· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on escalated issues

· Logging customer feedback (in-person, phone, email) into a shared platform and maintaining trackers/databases

· Educating customers on products, policies, and services

· Processing incoming/outgoing mail, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to the Executive Administrative Assistant and other departments

· Scheduling meetings and appointments and maintaining a clean, organized reception area

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize with limited supervision

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Valid New York State driver's license

· Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating customer concerns

· Ability to accurately document information in written/electronic form
