This role is a senior architecture position focused on designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce ecosystems across multiple clouds and enterprise environments. You will act as a key technical authority, translating complex business requirements into robust end-to-end Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation. The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architects to define solution blueprints and integration strategies. You will play a critical role in shaping architecture standards, governance models, and platform best practices across large-scale implementations. Operating in a fast-paced, enterprise setting, you will ensure solutions are future-ready, compliant, and aligned with strategic business goals. In this role, you will lead the architecture and design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals. You will oversee technical discovery, define solution blueprints, and guide implementation teams through complex delivery cycles.
- Lead architecture design for large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical architecture specifications
- Design data models, integration patterns, and system architecture diagrams
- Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Boomi
- Define data migration strategies, governance frameworks, and security/access control models
- Establish DevOps, CI/CD, and release management best practices using tools like Copado or Gearset
- Conduct platform assessments, performance tuning, and feasibility analysis for complex solutions
- Support testing cycles (UAT, system, performance) and ensure smooth production deployments
- Maintain detailed architecture documentation, integration specifications, and technical standards
This position requires extensive Salesforce expertise, strong architectural thinking, and proven experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions in complex environments. You should combine deep technical knowledge with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 10–15 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 5 years as a Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Hands-on experience with integration tools and middleware such as MuleSoft and Boomi
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices
- Experience with AppExchange solutions such as DocuSign, Conga, DemandTools, Cloudingo, Checkmarx, OwnBackup, and Vonage
- Familiarity with tools like Copado or Gearset for release and deployment management
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Cloud Consultant credentials
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Nice to have: experience with Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, or Pardot
