This role is a hands-on, client-facing implementation leadership position focused on delivering end-to-end ERP solutions in complex, multi-entity environments. You will act as a functional solution lead across full implementation lifecycles, guiding clients through discovery, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Working within a collaborative delivery model, you will partner closely with project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure successful deployments. The role requires strong expertise in translating business requirements into scalable system configurations while maintaining alignment with best practices. You will also play a key role in advising clients, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality delivery across concurrent projects. This position offers significant exposure to diverse industries and high-impact transformation programs.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead functional delivery across all implementation phases, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization activities.
  • Conduct and facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with client stakeholders.
  • Configure ERP systems, primarily NetSuite, across financials, procurement, order-to-cash, and inventory management processes.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice system solutions aligned with client operational needs.
  • Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, template preparation, and test load execution.
  • Guide user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and go-live readiness planning.
  • Collaborate with project managers on scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control processes.
  • Partner with technical teams to support integrations, customizations, and system enhancements.
  • Identify project risks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide system walkthroughs and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of NetSuite implementation or ERP consulting experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong expertise in ERP business processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Proven experience leading requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Strong NetSuite configuration skills with ability to design and document scalable solutions (SDD ownership).
  • Experience supporting UAT, data migration, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to balance best-practice system design with real-world business constraints.
  • Preferred experience in restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or multi-location retail environments.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Celigo or Boomi is a plus.
  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • High-impact client-facing role with strong ownership of solution delivery.
  • Opportunity to work on complex, multi-entity and high-volume transaction environments.
  • Clear career growth path toward Solution Architect or Delivery Leadership roles.
  • Exposure to diverse industries including retail, hospitality, and franchise operations.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunity to influence solution design and implementation strategy.
  • Potential for up to 50% travel depending on client engagement needs.
  • Professional development through complex ERP transformation projects.
