Job SummaryThe Branch Administrator provides vital administrative support to our local branch leadership (including the General/Branch Managers, Operations, and field technicians). This position acts as the central hub and liaison between our field team and corporate branch support departments like Accounting and Marketing.

Billing & Accounts Receivable: Generate and distribute customer invoices, reconcile accounts to ensure payments are properly applied, and monitor overdue accounts to arrange payment solutions.
Operations Support: Support field technicians with service, maintenance, and installation schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
Customer Care: Act as a liaison for customer relations, informing management immediately of any key customer issues, dissatisfaction, or feedback.
Office Administration: Perform general clerical tasks including filing, printing, scanning, and maintaining comprehensive, accurate branch records.
Deadlines & Projects: Support daily, monthly, and quarterly branch deadlines, alongside special administrative projects as requested.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Software: Experience with Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, or Google Workspace.
License: Possess a valid driver’s license.
Eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Excellent organization, time management, and sharp attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Regular, reliable attendance to support the local branch team.
Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods of time.
