  • Identify and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to drive innovation and operational efficiency
  • Oversee strategic vendor and partner relationships supporting product development initiatives
  • Ensure strong communication of technical direction, product strategy, and industry trends across the organization
Requirements

This role requires a senior technology leader with deep experience in product development, organizational leadership, and enterprise software delivery in complex environments.

  • 10+ years of experience in product development, engineering, or technology leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary R&D or engineering organizations
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and software delivery practices
  • Experience with cloud technologies, AI-driven transformation, or enterprise platform modernization (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and operational performance
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical execution with strategic goals
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies
  • Background in managing vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline (or equivalent experience); PMP or Scrum certification is a plus
