Position SummaryThe Senior IT Support Specialist serves as the primary on-site IT resource for the company's Pinellas Park facility while supporting users, systems, and technology operations across multiple business locations. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems while providing responsive support to both on-site and remote employees throughout the organization.
Working closely with the IT Lead, this position supports a broad range of technology functions including end-user support, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and continuous technology improvement initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as the primary IT support resource for employees located at the Pinellas Park facility.
- Provide remote technical support for employees located at other company sites and remote work-from-home team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues across office and manufacturing environments.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and support desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related technology equipment.
- Assist with administration and maintenance of Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking equipment, wireless infrastructure, and business applications.
- Support user account management, access control, endpoint management, and device lifecycle activities.
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection, patch management, backups, monitoring, and user security awareness efforts.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of infrastructure projects and technology improvements.
- Support ERP, manufacturing, and operational software systems used throughout the business.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and support activities.
- Assist with disaster recovery, business continuity, and system reliability initiatives.
- Provide technology training and guidance to end users.
- Occasionally travel to other company locations, including the North Port facility, to support projects, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational requirements.
- Participate in after-hours support activities when necessary for maintenance, upgrades, or critical business needs.
- Two or more years of professional IT experience preferred; equivalent technical experience, training, certifications, or demonstrated ability will also be considered.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent are desirable.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments preferred.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, endpoint management, hardware troubleshooting, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience supporting multi-site organizations is a plus.
- Manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and business stakeholders.
This role requires regular movement between office and manufacturing environments. Must be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of equipment.
