Job Description
ALCIVIA is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Seasonal Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team from June 29th through the end of August. This vital role offers an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a meaningful summer role with some flexibility.
This position will pay $20 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, with hours available between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Candidates must be able to commit to working a minimum of four hours each day, with the opportunity to work up to six and a half hours per day. We are looking for someone who can commit to working the entire season and we are willing to offer flexibility to help accommodate summer activities.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Open and sort incoming mail related to customer energy contracts.
- Scan contracts and related documents into the appropriate system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Organize paperwork and support efficient document handling for the customer service team.
- Maintain attention to detail while processing a high volume of contract materials.
- Assist with other administrative support tasks as needed during peak season.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with scanned documents and internal systems.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
- Previous clerical, mail handling, or administrative support experience is a plus but not required.
