Job Overview: As a Bartender at Hifi Scottsdale, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standards in guest drinking experiences. The bartender must be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations. You will continually enhance the guest experience to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit at our venues. Bartenders are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring all drinks are prepared to company standards.

Education and Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
- Must successfully complete a training course.
- Must be 21 years or older
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 25 pounds.
