Job Description
The Front of House Supervisor for organizing catering within a high-volume corporate cafeteria environment. This role involves client relationship management, event planning and execution, team leadership.
Operational Leadership:
o Oversee and participate in day-to-day catering operations, including logistics, scheduling, and setup.
o Coordinate with culinary and service staff to ensure timely, high-quality food preparation and service.
o Manage catering calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure proper resource allocation.
o Foster a positive team environment focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Quality Control:
o Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
o Work with culinary and service staff to meet or exceed client expectations and company standards.
Requirements:Requirements:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or food service preferably in a corporate or institutional setting.
o Proven track record in planning and executing events of varying size and complexity.
o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
o ServSafe certification for Sanitation and Allergen training or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Physical Requirements:
o Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
o Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event scheduling.
o Available to work on events at other Company locations
