Job Description

Description:

Cycurion is a cybersecurity and technology solutions provider supporting commercial and government clients with mission-critical security, IT, and advisory services. As our team grows, we're looking for a detail-driven, fully remote Revenue Operations Lead to help keep our business development engine running smoothly. The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead supports the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) by managing market-focused business development efforts. Aligned to a specific portfolio, the Manager works closely with the Brand Leader of their assigned vertical on day-to-day execution by keeping revenue activity moving efficiently through administrative, coordination, and reporting support. This role plays a key part in improving sales efficiency across the firm. We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, gets things unstuck, and keeps cross-functional stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

Support the CRO and Brand Leader by managing market-focused business development efforts:

  • Serve as the operational point of contact, keeping the CRO updated on a regular cadence.
  • Partner with the Brand Leader of the vertical on day-to-day priorities (e.g., which deals are moving, what's stuck, and what's coming next)

Manage administrative work such as cost estimates, contracts, proposals, and invoices:

  • Build cost estimates and pricing packages, and route them for review and approval.
  • Shepherd contracts through intake, legal review, signature, and recordkeeping.
  • Run the proposal process including tracking deadlines, gathering inputs, assembling documents, and submission.
  • Prepare and track invoices in coordination with finance and contract terms.

Align and coordinate sales resources and activities:

  • Gather inputs from finance, delivery, and other relevant teams to support proposals and active deals.
  • Ensure pursuits and pipeline work are prioritized and resourced in line with company direction.

Improve sales efficiency:

  • Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and stalled opportunities.
  • Maintain and improve templates, content libraries, and tracking infrastructure for the revenue team.

Own CRM and reporting:

  • Maintain and update customer records, keeping pipeline data current, clean, and reliable.
  • Generate pipeline reports, forecast summaries, and opportunity status updates on a regular cadence.
  • Analyze pipeline and performance data to surface trends, risks, and actionable insights for leadership.

Support team operations:

  • Organize sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events, including logistics and follow-up documentation.
  • Ensure proposals, pricing, and contracts move through required internal reviews and approvals.
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in contracting, sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, or equivalent), and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach.
  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance may be required.

Nice To Have

  • Experience supporting business development in cybersecurity, technology services, government contracting, or professional services.
  • Experience coordinating contract workflows.
  • Experience assembling pricing packages or supporting pricing in a proposal or bid environment.
  • Comfort with deadline-driven, extended availability during active pursuit cycles.
