Maintenance Technician in Huntington Beach, California at Cal-Aurum Industries Inc

Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain our equipment and large facility. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager. This role requires a candidate who is sharp and demonstrates analytical skills with hands-on mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
• Education & Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience with industrial equipment maintenance, preferable in a manufacturing or metal finishing environment.
o Electrical work: 480 v
o Plumbing
• Required Skills: Instrument/tool experience:
o Understands plumbing and electrical work, preferably 480v

Preferred Skills: Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently, take initiative, and stay organized with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend long hours standing, walking, moving, bending, in a manufacturing setting.
• Must be safety conscious and comfortable working around chemicals (protective gear provided).

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: $20.00/per hour and up, based on experience
