Business & Technology Integration - Business Analyst Snior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business & Technology Integration - Business Analyst Sênior based in Brazil.

The role offers significant autonomy, from requirements discovery and process analysis through solution design, configuration, testing, and delivery.

Your expertise will directly support high-quality implementations, incident resolution, and enhanced user experiences.
You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside technology specialists, consultants, and business professionals.

Accountabilities:
  • Independently lead the identification, analysis, management, and follow-up of business and technical requirements.
  • Understand business processes and work closely with users and stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Design solutions aligned with SAP best practices, prioritizing a Standard First approach.
  • Evaluate new SAP functionalities and solutions and identify opportunities for process and user-experience improvements.
  • Estimate effort and timelines and develop structured work plans for assigned initiatives.
  • Configure SAP solutions, conduct testing, and document deliverables and supporting evidence.
  • Identify and analyze gaps between business requirements and standard SAP functionality, preparing appropriate justifications and specifications when required.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications and coordinate with development teams throughout solution implementation.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and problems, including SAP Notes research and communication with SAP support when necessary.
  • Maintain close relationships with business areas to ensure alignment, validation, and approval of delivered solutions.
  • Prepare and execute test plans and test cases, including unit and integration testing.
  • Ensure the quality, traceability, and documentation of all deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience through SAP solutions, including SAP BTP.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and structured maintenance and support practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Solid professional experience in one of the following SAP specialties: SAP SD with FSCM – Credit Management, SAP TM, or SAP TD.
  • Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of SAP best practices and solution design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • A hands-on mindset, ownership of deliverables, and commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Fluent or advanced Spanish is mandatory.
