Pay Range: $48.29 - $65.73 per hour

Pay Transparency:

The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Utilizes the nursing process to effectively assess the needs of patients; identifies a plan of care; implements and evaluates the care given,

Provides direct and indirect care to patients and leads the patient care team toward goal achievement,

Coordinates and directs care given by other team members,

Addresses system issues to facilitate the provision of quality and efficient care,

Delegates appropriately to other team members,

Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management and problem solving skills required,

Education:

Hospital IV certification and Basic Arrhythmia Course required

Critical Care Course, Trauma Course

Experience:

A minimum of one year recent clinical experience in acute care preferred

Certification/Licensure:

Registered Nurse with a current State of New Jersey RN license

Hospital Venipuncture Certification, Moderate Sedation Certification

ABG Certification and 12 Lead EKG Performance preferred
