Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Closing Shift Leads to join their team!

Crumbl is known for our fresh baked desserts in an open concept kitchen. As a Shift Leader, you'll guide the team through each shift, work to delight customers with quick and friendly service, and make sure every box meets our quality standards.

Shift leads work closely with store management to carefully manage shifts. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence, and ensure the bakery is meeting the high standards customers and employees deserve. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

What you'll do:

• Lead and motivate team members

• Assign positions and breaks to keep flow of service

• Make sure cookies are mixed, baked decorated and presented to Crumbl high quality standard

• Greet customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience

• Handle opening and closing duties including cash counts and deposits

• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards

• Help train new hires and assist management with counseling when necessary

• Manage inventory, prep and waste tracking

• Support online, in store and delivery orders

What we are looking for:

• 6+ months of food service or customer service experience (leadership experience preferred)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experienced multitasker

• Ability to stay calm and organized in busy moments

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Able to stand for long periods of time and ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Must have food handlers certification (or willing to obtain one)

• Must be 18+ years old

McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
