JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Location: Laconia, Wolfeboro and Meredith areas (Lakes Region)Pay: $38-$56/hour (depending on experience) + Mileage Reimbursement at the Federal RateBring Your Expertise Home

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide individualized care to patients throughout our service area. You’ll help patients improve communication, swallowing, cognition, safety, and quality of life while supporting independence at home.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide evidence-based speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Participate in care conferences, quality initiatives, and educational programs.
- Travel safely throughout the Granite VNA service area to provide care in patients’ homes.

- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure.

Requirements:- Master's degree in speech-language pathology, communications sciences and disorders, or communications disorders.
- Graduate of an approved speech-language program (ASHA) with a certificate of clinical competency in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP), accompanied by current New Hampshire speech-language pathology license.
- Two years of inpatient/skilled/acute or community health speech-language experience.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record.
