Analista Power Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Power Platform based in Brazil.

This role focuses on designing and delivering digital solutions that simplify business processes and increase organizational productivity.
You will build applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on usability and scalability.
The position combines technical development with business analysis, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions.
You will contribute to integrations across Microsoft 365 services and help modernize processes through automation and digitalization.
Quality, documentation, testing, support, and continuous improvement will be important parts of your daily work.
The role also provides opportunities to explore emerging capabilities such as generative AI, conversational agents, analytics, and modern development practices.
You will work in a collaborative environment where technical expertise, business understanding, and proactive problem-solving are valued.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop corporate applications using Power Apps, with a focus on usability, process adherence, scalability, and sustainable maintenance.
  • Create automated workflows with Power Automate to optimize processes, approvals, notifications, and integrations across Microsoft 365.
  • Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Map existing processes and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, productivity gains, and continuous improvement.
  • Build integrations between Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Perform functional testing, support user acceptance activities, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support for delivered solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for applications, automations, integrations, and processes.
  • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications and automated workflows.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by identifying practical technology solutions that address business needs.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience developing applications with Power Apps, particularly Canvas Apps, including corporate forms, data modeling, connectors, publication, maintenance, and application evolution.
  • Solid experience creating and maintaining Power Automate workflows, including approval processes, Microsoft 365 integrations, exception handling, execution monitoring, and automation optimization.
  • Practical experience with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, communication sites, permissions management, and integration with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and collaboration with business teams to define and validate solutions.
  • Experience preparing technical and functional documentation, executing functional tests, supporting acceptance activities, and maintaining delivery evidence.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs, facilitate alignment, and translate functional requirements into practical solutions.
  • Experience creating conversational agents and intelligent automations with Microsoft Copilot Studio is desirable.
  • Knowledge of applying Generative AI to corporate processes, activity automation, and productivity initiatives is considered an advantage.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and evolving Power BI dashboards, reports, and business indicators is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and Microsoft Dataverse is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps, including backlog management, CI/CD pipelines, or release management when applicable, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of React and/or Next.js for front-end customization, integrations, or component development is a plus.
