About DSCDSC Dredge is the world’s leader in portable cutter suction dredges — engineering and manufacturing equipment for aggregate mining and sand & gravel production, environmental remediation, coastal restoration, navigational maintenance, and marine construction across the U.S. and in more than 100 countries worldwide. We operate from our headquarters in Reserve, Louisiana and our manufacturing facility in Poplarville, Mississippi.
The RoleThe DSC Senior Project Manager will lead, support, and manage the development of DSC's projects. The ideal candidate will organize, manage, and plan multi-complex projects and will have experience in managing projects with manufacturing and engineering inputs, excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with their team and cross-functionally.
What You Will Do- Lead an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specification, and accurately and efficiently.
- Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly.
- Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project
- Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
- Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provides recommendation for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate.)
- Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Communicate an collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new project, programs and systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulation, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations as well as all company policies and procedures; uses/wears all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for assigned tasks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.
- At least Five (5) years of related experience required.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

- Base salary: $150,000 – $160,000+, commensurate with experience

This role is primarily office-based, with regular time on the manufacturing floor and in testing environments. You’ll work alongside fabrication teams, operate comfortably around heavy equipment and industrial operations, and occasionally travel to vendor facilities, job sites, or customer locations.
