Case Manager - Plaintiff-Side Employment Law in Remote at Superior Executive and Legal Recruiting

Full-Time | Fully Remote

Well-established and growing California plaintiff-side employment law firm seeks a warm, articulate Case Manager to be the voice of the firm for prospective and current clients, leading welcome and intake calls that set the tone for each client's experience.

Duties:

• Conduct welcome/intro calls with new and prospective clients, clearly explaining the legal process and what to expect
• Build rapport and trust with clients from their very first interaction with the firm
• Gather case details during intake calls, asking informed questions grounded in employment law knowledge
• Serve as an ongoing point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions with clarity and empathy
• Partner with attorneys to relay client information and flag case-relevant details

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with exceptional verbal communication skills
• Warm, confident phone presence with strong active-listening skills
• Experience conducting intakes or client-facing calls, ideally in employment law or another high-volume practice
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset suited to a high-growth, fast-paced firm
