Job Description

Description:

Marketing Doesn't Grow Businesses. Great Marketers Do.

At Trillion Health & Hormone, we aren't looking for someone to maintain a marketing calendar. We're looking for someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. Someone who isn't afraid to scrap a campaign that isn't working, pivot quickly, test new ideas, and build marketing strategies that actually drive patient growth.

If you're happiest when someone hands you a playbook to follow, this probably isn't your role. If you're energized by creating the playbook, measuring results, and constantly improving it, keep reading.

Who We Are

Trillion Health & Hormone is redefining women's healthcare by combining exceptional gynecologic care, hormone optimization, and wellness services with an outstanding patient experience. We're growing rapidly, opening new clinics, expanding into new markets, and looking for a marketing leader who wants to grow with us.

About the Role

As our Director of Marketing, you'll own one objective above all else:

Bring new patients through our doors.

Everything else, from social media and events to digital advertising and community partnerships, is simply a tool to accomplish that mission. You'll work closely with our CEO and executive leadership team, where ideas move quickly and opportunities evolve. Sometimes a campaign you've invested in will change direction because new information, market conditions, or business priorities warrant a different approach. We value marketers who can adapt without ego, embrace feedback, and channel their creativity toward the organization's current priorities. You'll have the freedom to experiment, but you'll also be accountable for results.

What You'll Own

  • New patient acquisition and marketing strategy
  • Social media strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Email marketing campaigns and automated patient communication
  • Community engagement and grassroots marketing
  • Launch marketing for new clinic locations
  • Referral growth initiatives
  • Patient education campaigns
  • Website performance and optimization
  • Brand management
  • Traditional and digital advertising
  • Marketing budget and ROI

What You'll Actually Do

Every week looks a little different. One day you may be filming patient education videos. The next you're negotiating with an event vendor. The following week you're analyzing campaign performance, redesigning a digital ad, launching a new clinic campaign, meeting with community partners, or brainstorming unconventional ways to reach women who have never heard of us.

You'll constantly ask questions like:

  • How do we acquire patients more efficiently?
  • What marketing channels are underutilized?
  • What partnerships haven't we explored?
  • How do we make women's healthcare easier to discover?
  • What can we test this month that no one else is doing?

If that excites you, you'll fit right in.

What Makes Someone Successful Here

The best person for this role:

  • Is highly self-motivated and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
  • Thrives in fast-changing environments.
  • Welcomes constructive feedback and uses it to improve.
  • Understands that in a high-growth company, priorities can shift quickly and is able to pivot without becoming frustrated or attached to a particular campaign.
  • Can confidently scrap a week's worth of work if a better opportunity presents itself and immediately focus on what matters most.
  • Doesn't take changing direction personally, they recognize that great marketing is iterative and that new information often leads to better decisions.
  • Can balance creativity with data.
  • Isn't discouraged when an idea fails, they simply test another one.
  • Thinks like a business owner instead of a marketing coordinator.
  • Is comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
  • Finds opportunities outside traditional advertising.
  • Can move from strategy to execution without hesitation.

We're looking for someone who asks, "What if we tried..." on a regular basis and is just as comfortable hearing, "Let's try something different."

Qualifications

We're more interested in what you've accomplished than checking every box, but successful candidates will typically have:

  • 5+ years leading multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • 2+ years managing social media across multiple platforms
  • Strong experience with organic and paid social strategy and analytics
  • Experience creating graphics, videos, and digital content
  • Event planning and execution experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience using marketing analytics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience launching new locations, brands, or products preferred
  • Experience helping scale a multi-location business preferred
  • Healthcare or women's health experience is a plus

How Success Is Measured

Success isn't measured by how many posts you publish or emails you send. It's measured by business outcomes.

You'll be expected to:

  • Increase new patient acquisition
  • Improve marketing return on investment
  • Strengthen brand awareness
  • Grow referrals and community engagement
  • Successfully launch new clinic locations
  • Increase ancillary service utilization
  • Use data to continually improve marketing performance

If your favorite marketing metric is revenue generated, not likes, impressions, or vanity metrics, we'd love to meet you.

Why Trillion?

  • You'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of a rapidly growing healthcare organization that's passionate about improving women's lives.
  • Your ideas won't get buried under layers of approval.
  • Your work will have visible impact.
  • Your creativity will matter.
  • And you'll have the freedom to build something meaningful.

If you're looking for a role where you can make a measurable difference every single day, we encourage you to apply.
