Responsibilities:

  • Ensure resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner
  • Work to obtain lease renewals each month
  • Maintain accurate resident records
  • Post/update all incoming monies into Yardi software
  • Collection of rent and ancillary fees from residents
  • Coordinate collection efforts of past due accounts
  • Physically inspect property, grounds, and buildings and report service needs to maintenance staff
  • Inspection of move-outs and vacancies as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in residential property management
  • High school education or equivalent from an accredited institution is required
  • Strong familiarity with Fair Housing and EEO laws
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi property management software required
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility in adapting to new situations

Physical Demands:

  • Expected to report to work and adhere to all safety and business protocols
  • Frequent sitting and walking
  • Repetitive use of computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone
  • Reading, comprehending, writing, performing calculations, communicating orally, reasoning, and analyzing
  • Occasional to frequent squatting, bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, pushing/pulling/lifting to 25lbs

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturday 8:30am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch.

Salary: Starting at $33-35/hour based on qualifications, plus generous commission structure
