Weld Operator - 1st Shift in Norton Shores, Michigan at Burnside Acquisition LLC

Pay Range: $16/hr - $20/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Summary: Safely operate production welding equipment to produce the required number of parts that meet quality standards in a timely manner

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Safely start, load, unload, run, and shut down production welding equipment

Produce the required number of parts that meet customer and company quality standards in a timely manner

Perform production related quality tasks such as using hand held gauges to measure or gauging parts, properly handle non-conforming material, properly label and package parts, properly complete the quality documentation system forms and comply with company calibration procedures

Perform operator maintenance on production welding equipment

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
